so let's see... from center we have, Maple, walnut (with pegs to match) Jatoba, Maybe Wenge, and Mahogany. Am I close? Looks good, what did you use for a finish?

Nailed it. Just some danish oil. Only one coat on it right now and it has noticeably lightened. I think it'll need another two coats this week.

Cutting board, cheese tray, wood piece, whatever. I prefer end grain with my knives so I'll probably just keep this as a serving piece
